All clients receive custom programs tailored specifically to your goals, experience, limitations, likes & dislikes. Each client goes through an assessment and then individual goals are discussed. Regardless of your experience level, Kyle can help you with proper form and challenge you to set realistic expectations to crush your goals!
Want to workout with your significant other or a group of friends? Find your crew, lock down a time and let’s get after it! Groups must be a minimum of 2 people and can be all the way up to 5 people. Groups of 2 or 3 people can all have their own individual workouts. Groups of 4 or more will all be doing the same workout!
